Your private chef cooks in the gourmet kitchen, with a separate butler kitchen. Breakfast by the pool or sunset dinners on the terrace. Just send a grocery list: the staff does the shopping, you pay the receipt, and it can be ready when you arrive.
A professional bartender runs the 3rd-floor ocean-view bar, with its 75" HDTV, and pours by the pools. Nobody in your group has to play host.
The villa is cleaned and refreshed every day, so all eight suites stay hotel-fresh for the whole stay.
Your concierge arranges private yachts, golf tee times, excursions, nightlife and dining reservations, plus any outside services such as massage.
All staff is included in your stay and works daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Extended or evening service is available for an additional fee.
Villa Lucia Noir, known simply as Lucia Noir, is one of Pedregal's most striking estates. Six of its eight suites have ocean views and terrace access, and it is a walk from the Cabo marina and downtown. It was built for large groups who want space, privacy and Cabo sunsets.

The Cabo marina and downtown restaurants, bars and nightlife are within walking distance.
The private Pedregal beach is beautiful for walking, but swimming isn't recommended because of strong tides and waves. Medano Beach is a short drive away and is swimmable.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. The villa allows a maximum of 26 guests, no smoking, and no pets (assistance animals are welcome). Events need prior written approval, and Pedregal enforces quiet hours after 9 PM. The principal guest must be 25 or older and sign a damage waiver.
Nightly rates for the whole villa, with the private chef, bartender, daily maid and concierge included. Rates cover up to 20 guests; each guest over 20 is $200 USD per night (maximum 26).

Taxes of 20% (16% IVA + 4% Baja California Sur lodging tax) are added to the rate. Groceries are paid at cost from the receipt.
